RESPONSIBILITIES Website Behavior, Testing & Conversion Optimization • Analyze website user behavior across organic (SEO and AI-driven), brand, referral, and direct traffic sources., • Evaluate engagement metrics, user journeys, drop-off points, and conversion paths., • Identify high-impact optimization opportunities across landing pages, content, and user flows., • Develop data-backed hypotheses and partner with UX and Product teams to design, measure, and scale A/B tests, UX experiments, and content optimization initiatives., • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to measure the impact of optimization initiatives., • Track organic rankings, impressions, AI-driven search visibility, and downstream engagement trends., • Analyze generative AI search traffic behavior and identify emerging performance patterns., • Measure the impact of brand campaigns on website traffic, search demand, engagement, and conversion behavior., • Track and analyze branded search volume, branded keyword performance, and shifts in direct and organic traffic following brand initiatives., • Develop brand performance reporting frameworks that connect brand activity to measurable digital outcomes., • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to align campaign objectives with digital KPIs and website performance metrics., • Monitor and report on brand lift indicators within digital channels, including engagement quality and conversion influence., • Partner with the Paid Media Analytics team to correlate paid search activity with organic traffic and conversions., • Identify overlap, halo effects, and incremental lift across channels., • Build dashboards and recurring reporting to monitor traffic, engagement, conversion, testing results, and brand impact trends., • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders., • Proactively identify performance gaps across key landing pages, user segments, and traffic sources., • Translate behavioral insights into structured experimentation roadmaps., • Contribute to analytics standards, experimentation governance, and performance measurement best practices., • Stay current on evolving attribution models, analytics tools, and AI-driven search developments. QUALIFICATIONS • 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics, website performance, or marketing analytics., • Experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and experimentation results., • Strong working proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)., • Experience with GA4, Heap, and Google Search Console., • Familiarity with SEMrush, Similarweb, Screaming Frog, Yoast, and WordPress or other CMS platforms., • Understanding of attribution models and cross-channel measurement., • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights. We are looking for an experienced and creative; Maintenance Planner/CoordinatorThe Maintenance Planner/Coordinator role involves supporting all physical infrastructure and maintenance tasks within the responsibility of the Terminal Operator. As the primary contact for internal and external customers, this position provides daily support to the FM team and contractors. This individual is responsible for the handling of Auto Property Claims in accordance with NJ Unfair Practices Act. The environment is fast paced with heavy phone work. The Product Analyst supports the ideation and development of new product features, including emphasis on expanding and enhancing our telematics program, with goals of improving pricing, competitive position and ease of doing business for Plymouth Rock’s personal lines products sold in the assigned market(s) for the Direct division. This person extracts data for analysis and implementation of new rating plans, improvements in the telematics program, new underwriting rules, process improvements, and other initiatives to support profitable growth and improve competitive position. The Actuarial Manager, supporting the direct to consumer and partnerships channels, is a subject matter expert in the areas of reserving, rate indications and claims analysis. Position Summary The Associate Director, Regulatory CMC will report to the Senior Director, Regulatory CMC and assist in the development of global Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) regulatory strategy for investigational and marketed products and manage preparation of dossiers in eCTD format. The Associate Director will have one or more direct reports, will work closely with cross-functional teams on CMC regulatory strategy and regional regulatory requirements, and will consult with CMC subject matter experts (SMEs). Key responsibilities will include the development of Health Authority submission strategies for CMC modules and updates, including life cycle management; and generation of submission-ready content for the Quality/CMC sections of all clinical trial and marketing authorization applications for ImmunityBio, Inc. Essential Functions • Provide expert opinion on CMC topics planned or performed, • Manage the preparation and internal review of Module 2 (QOS) and Module 3 documents in accordance with Common Technical Document (CTD) guidance and company standards, • Assist with the development of global CMC regulatory strategies, • Prepare or review of documents including pharmacy manuals, protocols, CMC reports, and other documentation, • Provide expert opinion on CMC topics planned or performed, • Assist with the design of CMC protocols, • Collaborate with other groups when needed to address CMC related matters, • Prepare responses to Health Authority comments and questions pertaining to CMC issues, • Serve as a trainer for Regulatory Affairs SOPs, processes, and templates for review, preparation, QC, and finalization of documents and major sections of applications, • Manage the day-to-day activities of the team to include the hiring and training of new team members, coaching employees and monitoring performance, • Perform ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects, as assigned, to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant progressive experience required; or, • Master's Degree in life sciences or technical discipline with 8+ years of relevant progressive experience required; or, • Doctorate degree in life sciences or technical discipline with 6+ years of relevant progressive experience required., • Experience in the management and preparation of the submission of CMC modules in eCTD format required, • Experience with organizing responses to Health Authority requests required, • Experience with regulatory submissions outside of the US preferred, • Experience managing staff preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Strong knowledge of Health Authority CMC guidance documents and requirements, • Good leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop professional staff, • Expert knowledge of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls of a medical product and related regulatory requirements and guidelines, • Expert knowledge of Biologic-based drugs including cell-based therapies, gene therapies, antibodies and recombinant proteins preferred, • Ability to manage work and staff with firm deadlines and adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities, • Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail Working Environment / Physical Environment • This position works on site in Summit, NJ., • Regular work schedule is Monday - Friday, within standard business hours.
