This role requires advanced phlebotomy expertise, leadership capability, and the flexibility to support multiple sites and care environments, including Patient Service Centers, physician offices, long-term care facilities, mobile services, and house calls.The position supports high-volume and high-complexity practices and plays a key role in quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities, • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with precision across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures, • Provide float coverage across multiple locations and roles, • Ensure PSC/Mobile/LTC/In-Office phlebotomy activities are completed accurately and on time, • Step in to lead and support PSR staff on site as needed, • Serve as coach, mentor, and trainer for new employees and client onboarding, • Act as point of contact for on-site staff and provide feedback to supervisors or group leads, • Support high-complexity or high-volume practices requiring advanced customer-facing skills, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Laboratory Services, IT, Billing, and Logistics, • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalismRequired Skills & Qualifications, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Five (5) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, • Strong customer service and patient interaction skills, • Ability to manage high-volume workloads across multiple locations, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Keyboarding and data entry proficiencyPreferred Skills & Certifications, • Medical Assistant or Paramedic training, • Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, and WA; preferred elsewhere), • Minimum 3 years of PSC/IOP experience, • Retail or service-based customer service experienceBenefits, • Medical Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Dental Insurance We are a Native American-owned, economically disadvantaged corporation that highly values diverse and inclusive workplaces.
