This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing administrative duties, and supporting clinical staff. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction & Customer Service Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive. Check patients in and out, ensuring demographic information is accurate and updated. Provide assistance, directions, and general information in both English and Spanish. Answer phone calls, return messages, and schedule appointments. Handle patient inquiries and escalate clinical questions to appropriate staff.
