Job Description DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Job Description The Environmental, Health & Safety Professional is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a strong safety culture within a manufacturing environment. This role supports prevention-focused programs, delivers training to employees at all levels, and participates in incident investigations and regulatory compliance efforts. Hours Monday - Friday Full-time (shift hours may vary) Pay $67,000 - $81,000 annually Job Duties • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, and GMP regulations and policies, • Facilitate safety training programs and skills development for employees and contractors, • Interpret and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal EHS laws and requirements, • Assist with industrial hygiene monitoring and environmental compliance activities, • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; support corrective actions and follow-up, • Participate in site safety committees and improvement initiatives, • Review new equipment and process changes for EHS impact and compliance, • Lead or assist with incident investigations, reporting, and root cause analysis, • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing toolbox talks and monthly safety trainings, • Maintain required EHS records, logs, and documentation, • Attend daily site meetings to communicate safety updates and provide guidance, • Support continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred, • 1–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred, • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations, • Strong communication and public speaking abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environmentCompany DescriptionAt Partners Personnel, we deliver more to every employee and client we serve.
