This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring all candidates meet compliance and credentialing requirements. The ideal candidate will balance relationship-building skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring a seamless hiring and on-boarding process that meets both organizational and regulatory standards.
