Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter and Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring all candidates meet compliance and credentialing requirements. The ideal candidate will balance relationship-building skills with strong attention to detail, ensuring a seamless hiring and on-boarding process that meets both organizational and regulatory standards. Compensation: $60,000.00 annually Benefits: • Medical insurance, • Dental insurance, • Vision insurance, • 401k Plan + Employer Match, • Life Insurance, • Critical Illness Insurance Recruitment: • Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals across various disciplines., • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking., • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions., • Collect, verify, and maintain required documentation (licenses, certifications, background checks, immunizations, references, etc.)., • Ensure all healthcare professionals meet state, federal, and facility-specific compliance requirements., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records in applicant tracking and HR systems., • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring and credentialing process., • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth on-boarding and placement., • Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients by ensuring credentialing and recruitment standards are consistently met., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)., • 2+ years of recruiting and/or credentialing experience, preferably in healthcare staffing or a medical environment., • Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance best practices., • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, staff, and clients. #INDNASSAU
