Job Description Under supervision of physician, responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the health care of patients on assigned service, emphasizing preventive health measures and education of patient; and other duties as assigned. Performs job duties in compliance with systems and job specific standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Takes histories, examines patients, orders and performs diagnostic procedures and provides patients with counseling and education.
