Job Title: Community Manager Location-Type: Hybrid in Camden, NJ (3 days/week onsite – Mon/Tues/Thurs) Start Date Is: April 6 Duration: 12 months (Contract) Compensation Range: $25-29/hr Job Description: The Community Manager will support daily social media community management efforts by monitoring, engaging, and analyzing inbound interactions across multiple social platforms to enhance brand reputation and community engagement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Manage high-volume social media inboxes across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms * Respond to, escalate, or moderate comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned voice * Identify and flag sentiment shifts, recurring issues, and emerging trends * Tag, categorize, and analyze inbound engagement data * Translate user-generated content (UGC) into publishable social posts * Assist with light content creation and adaptation * Pull and manipulate reports using Sprout or similar tools * Support sentiment tracking and campaign-specific reporting * Collaborate cross-functionally with social, marketing, and customer advocacy teams * Maintain 3–5 day turnaround expectations for inbox management * Work onsite three days per week Requirements: * Must-Haves: * 1 year of social media or community management experience (corporate brand or large nonprofit preferred) * Experience managing high-volume inbound engagement * Familiarity with Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) * Working knowledge of TikTok * Experience with social media management tools (Sprout preferred; or similar tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros, Later, Dash Hudson, etc.) * Basic reporting experience within a social platform * Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel * Strong written communication skills * Ability to identify escalation needs and flag trends proactively * Agile, adaptable, and comfortable with evolving priorities * Autonomous yet collaborative work style * Nice-to-Haves: * Experience with niche or highly engaged communities * Automotive or brand loyalty community experience * UGC curation experience * Experience manipulating reporting data for sentiment analysis * Exposure to international or corporate brand environments * Light design sensibility or strong visual instincts * Experience with influencer marketing
