Job Description American Heritage Credit Union, a $5 billion financial institution has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Member Experience Advisor at our Glendora branch! This position provides a premier level of service to members, clients, and associates of American Heritage Credit Union to enhance the overall member experience. Proactively engage existing and prospective members with their financial needs using a consultative approach. Responsibilities Include: • Process account-related requests including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance (e.g., address changes, name changes, adding/removing signers/owners, plastic card requests, etc.)., • Process basic consumer loan-related requests (e.g., signature and credit card) including submitting applications, booking, and disbursing, and file maintenance (e.g., modification of agreements, Skip-A-Pay, etc.)., • Utilize sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, and other tools (e.g., DataVa, Better Lobby, etc.) to analyze members' engagement with the credit union and offer solutions that will be conducive to the member's current/future life stage(s)., • One year to three years of similar or related experience., • A high school education or GED., • Part-time position- Rotating evening and Saturday hours are required., • FICEP certification preferred. Job Description Location: Philadelphia, PA (on-Site) or Hybrid (Home + On-Site) As Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for the full oversight of Ehmke’s financial performance, including ownership of our P&L and active participation in strategic decision-making. You’ll directly manage our bookkeeper and oversee key financial functions including payroll administration, account reconciliation, cost control, and financial performance analysis. You’ll report to the President & CEO and serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team as we continue to scale and optimize operations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting of a $15+ Million Company., • Own and manage the company’s profit & loss (P&L) statement, • Prepare daily financial dashboard reports and monthly account analysis, • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, • Collaborate with outside CPA and auditing firms to prepare accurate financial statements, • Manage ACH and wire transfers when needed, • Coordinate monthly sales tax reporting, • Supervise payroll and ensure accurate reconciliations, • Drive cost-reduction initiatives and profitability analysis Whether you’re stepping up into your first senior role or building a solid financial management foundation, we’re looking for someone with sharp financial insight, operational awareness, and a desire to lead and grow with a mission-driven company. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred), • 5+ years of experience in business accounting, financial management, or bookkeeping, • 2+ years in a Financial Controller or senior accounting management role, • Strong experience with SAGE 100 (or comparable ERP/accounting software), • Background in job costing and margin analysis, • Prior exposure to lean manufacturing or job-shop style production preferred, • Proven ability to manage financial performance and meet P&L objectives, • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, • High integrity and a collaborative, team-first leadership style, • Skilled at preparing and presenting financials to senior leadership, • Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through, • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience is a plus, • Flexible mindset: ability to work on-site, hybrid, or remote as neededCompany DescriptionJoin Our Mission: Help Build the Gear That Supports America’s Warfighters Make a Meaningful Impact—Starting Day One!
