In this role, you will travel to various sites, performing tests, documenting results, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities • Administer cognitive screenings and ABI tests in non-clinical settings, • Prepare, explain, and guide patients through tests, • Accurately document and report results via mobile EHR system, • Maintain equipment and follow infection control protocols, • Travel to assigned locations and manage patient scheduling Qualifications • CMA, RMA, or relevant certification preferred, • Experience with cognitive or vascular testing a plus (training available), • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Patrol & Monitoring • Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas, • Monitor for suspicious activity or safety concerns, • Respond promptly to disturbances or emergencies, • De-escalate conflicts using professional communication, • Work closely with Weekend Manager and staff during incidents, • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with members, volunteers, staff, and participants., • Attend required Abuse Risk Management training and adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising members and participants., • Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations and follow mandated abuse reporting procedures., • Collaboration, • Communication and Influence, • Critical Thinking and Decision-Making, • Minimum 2 or more years of experience required, • Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification, • Current certification in First Aid, • Must have a CPR/AED and First Aid Certification OR get certified within 90 days of employment., • Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of the YMCA and its capacity to build strong kids, families, and communities.
