Job Description We are looking for a skilled and confident HR Generalist to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR processes, employee relations, and benefits administration. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture., • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely information about their options., • Manage worker’s compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations., • Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations and development planning., • Assist in payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies., • Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees., • Maintain and update records within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and security., • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures., • Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop and implement HR strategies., • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all HR activities., • Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration, • Bachelor's Degree, • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and benefits management., • Familiarity with worker’s compensation regulations and procedures., • Experience with performance management programs and initiatives., • Proficiency in payroll systems and handling payroll-related tasks., • Demonstrated success in recruitment and talent acquisition., • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.
