Position Summary The Marketing Manager will be the key steward of our brand identity. This is a high-visibility role where the person will work directly alongside the CEO and the Chief Communications and Development Officer to roll out, manage, and protect the brand across every physical and digital touchpoint. This person will serve as the on-the-ground extension of the extraordinarily special relationship between our brand, our customers, and our community. More than managing a logo, the Marketing Manager will help scale a brand with purpose and impact. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring our vision is expressed consistently, inclusively, and meaningfully across all platforms, from printed materials and events to our website and social media. Essential Responsibilities • Brand Stewardship: Partner with executive leadership to roll out and maintain brand integrity across all internal & external channels. You are the guardian of "how we show up," to our current and prospective staff and their families, as well as our partners and customers, • Integrated Brand Execution: Drive the execution of sponsorships, partnerships and campaigns alongside traditional print marketing., • Strategic Collaboration: Support the Chief Communications Officer in project managing brand partnerships designed to spike awareness and revenue., • Agency & Partner Management: Direct oversight of 3rd party agencies and freelancers, from briefing and timeline management to invoice reconciliation and performance reviews., • Asset Management: Maintain and organize brand asset libraries, ensuring total creative compliance across the organization., • Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Marketing and other internal teams to ensure regional marketing initiatives are on-brand and effective. Required Qualifications • Mission: Demonstrated commitment to our mission to advance employment opportunities for people with disabilities, • Experience: 6–8 years in brand management or integrated marketing., • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related field., • Inclusion Advocate: A solid understanding of the nuances of individuals with a disability, with a strong commitment to designing clear, accessible, and inclusive information., • The X Factor: A proactive, "no task too small" mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments., • Collaborative Leader: Proven success overseeing inter-agency teams and building rapport with diverse internal and external audiences., • Organizational Master: Highly capable of monitoring complex marketing needs across a full yearly calendar and managing a budget with precision., • Tech Savvy: Expert-level fluency in Slack, Google Suite, and modern project management tools.
