The Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial Loan Originator to source, structure, and close investment property loans. You will operate with autonomy inside a disciplined credit framework — and you will be expected to bring production intensity, relationship depth, and genuine credit judgment from day one. If you want direct access to decision-makers, institutional capital, and a platform built for long-term scale — this is it. Your Mandate • Originate RTL, bridge, and DSCR loans through direct borrower and broker channels., • Build and own a book of relationships with investors, developers, and mortgage brokers — activatable from day one., • Command the full deal lifecycle — from initial conversation through funded loan., • Pre-screen opportunities within defined credit guardrails; structure deals aligned with LTV and underwriting standards., • Submit complete, clean files — accurate structure, full documentation, minimal rework., • Manage and forecast your pipeline with discipline using our CRM and LOS; deliver against aggressive targets., • Represent SimpleCREDIT at industry events, investment forums, and in the field., • Develop your own market acquisition strategy and execute without waiting to be asked., • Bring real market intelligence back to the platform — we expect ideas and feedback, not passengers., • Complete borrower intake at submission — no gaps, no surprises, • Accurate deal structure aligned with LTV and underwriting standards, • Clear, proactive communication across all parties, • Minimal underwriting rework — right the first time, • Strong pipeline discipline — we expect rigor, not guesswork Who We’re Looking For • A self-starter who creates their own momentum — you do not wait to be managed., • Entrepreneurial by nature; excited to build process alongside a growing platform, not just follow one., • Someone who speaks the language of real estate operators — structures, risk, and return — not just a salesperson., • Driven by production and ownership; you set targets high and hold yourself to them., • Credible and composed in front of sophisticated borrowers, brokers, and industry peers., • Coachable, organized, and disciplined — thrives inside a structured, compliance-driven environment., • Comfortable with ambiguity and the intensity that comes with building something from scratch., • A collaborator who earns trust across underwriting, legal, and capital markets., • Building a career-defining book — not filling a seat.
