Compensation • $25–$34/hour, based on skills assessment and leveling, • Overnight differential (11p–7a): +$5/hour, • Clear pathways to increase pay with advanced knowledge and skill developmentWe don’t just hire talent — we grow it. About the Role: Emergency & Critical Care Excellence As an ECC Licensed Veterinary Technician, you’ll be a cornerstone of patient care, trusted to: • Triage incoming emergencies with confidence and compassion, • Support clients during emotionally charged moments with clarity and empathy, • Collaborate closely with DVMs on diagnostics, treatments, and case management, • Perform in-house lab work and utilize advanced imaging, • Execute, monitor, and manage anesthetic events with precision and vigilanceThis is hands-on, high-impact medicine — the kind that reminds you why you chose this career.
