Overview The Field Performance Technicians are responsible for the management, scheduling, and completion of all service and warranty related work. The Field Service / Field Performance Technician must have the ability to work both independently and as a member of the Performance O&M team. This position will interact closely with the customers, Branch Manager, the Senior Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and the centralized scheduling Field Service Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule. * Work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and the Branch Manager to allocate labor resources to service and warranty projects as needed * Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians. * Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices * Support the on-boarding and training of new members of the field performance team * Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance key performance indicators including but not limited to turnaround time, experience rating and average dispatches completed * Assist with other tasks including inspections and site audits when assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * 1 - 3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required * PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred * High School diploma is required LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (include where appropriate) * Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Pay: $60,000 - $65,000/year What You Will Do: • Manage and handle all tasks related to recruitment cycle from posting the position to making the offer, • Reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate. Extends offers and negotiates compensation with coordination from HR Manager and/or Director, • Maintain career page on website, • Develop consistent interview processes, questions, templates and training for all hiring managers, • Analyze recruitment data at all stages of the process to complete monthly reports, with recruitment sources (Indeed) and prepare recruitment dashboard, • Builds and maintains relationships with potential candidates, recruitment agencies, schools, and associations, • Representing the agency at job fairs and developing relationships with placement offices colleges and universities, • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ADP to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate data, and support efficient placement workflows., • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking for seamless operations, • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost=per-hire, source effectiveness), • Proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs Work Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Community Mainstreaming Associates is an equal opportunity employer.
