Art Director Position Overview Our well-known client is looking for an Art Director to join their team. This is a hybrid role onsite in Stamford, CT, with the potential to transition into a fulltime opportunity. The position blends both production and art direction, requiring strong endtoend art direction experience. This role is also highly handsonyoull need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing at a high level. Key Responsibilities • Lead and inspire the design team to create high-quality visual content across various platforms, • Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand identity and engagement, • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions, • Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives, • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment, • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar role, preferably in an agency environment, • Lead and support photo-heavy redesign projects for the company website, • Create digital layouts, mockups, and design concepts (Figma experience strongly preferred)., • Produce high-quality visual assets using Photoshop and other design tools., • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), • Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, and layout design, • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive results, • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Benefits Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
