Represent and advise clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development., 2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing agreements., 3. Conduct due diligence reviews and provide strategic advice on potential real estate transactions., 4. Provide legal advice on a range of commercial law matters, including contract law and property law., 5. Work closely with other members of the legal team to ensure the provision of high-quality legal services., 6. Stay up-to-date with developments in commercial real estate law and contribute to the continuous improvement of our legal services., 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law., 3. Admission to the NY state bar., 4. Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, lease agreements, and property law., 5. Exceptional legal writing skills., 6. Proven track record of providing exceptional legal services to clients., 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure., 8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team., 9. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence., 10.
