Job Description Job Description A Newark-based legal office is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support real estate transactions. This is an on-site, full-time role focused on document intake, scheduling, and client coordination. Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage high-volume email communications * Intake, organize, and track time-sensitive real estate documents * Coordinate scheduling for closings and client meetings * Maintain accurate internal records * Communicate professionally with clients and outside vendors Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal, real estate, or title work * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Knowledge of New Jersey real estate practices preferred Details: * Full-time, in-office * Competitive pay based on experience * No remote option Company DescriptionWe are a multi-specialty law firm serving individuals throughout New Jersey.
