As a Lead DSP, you will work closely with Group Home Managers to ensure high-quality care, compliance with standards, and smooth communication with guardians, healthcare providers, and community agencies. Our Mission To achieve full societal participation for all people with disabilities. Responsibilities Lead DSPs provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to residents and DSP staff while supporting the daily operations of the group home.
