What You Will Do: • Assist in the daily operations of the residence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, and quality programs., • Oversee individuals' personal allowances, bank accounts, and financial records., • Monitor medication administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards., • Promote the health, well-being, and personal choice of individuals., • Assist in the training, supervision, and evaluation of all assigned direct care staff., • Assist the manager in creating and maintaining weekly staff schedules., • Oversee all program documentation., • Perform duties of a direct support professional as needed., • Complete incident reports as required. Work Hours/Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Tuesday - Saturday (12 PM - 8 PM)
