The Director manages these programs through 9 school-based staff in consort with their school-based manager. STATEMENT OF THE JOB The Social Worker, will create a valuable and meaningful experience for tenants to receive services needed for the ability to live in one’s home independently. The Social Worker will provide social service support to the staff of POP Management. The Social Worker will provide services throughout the residence through consultation, assessment and modeling. We are seeking an experienced, Mission Critical Project Manager for our NY office to lead select Mission Critical projects while developing and expanding in a group that can execute large scale Mission Critical projects on a regional and national basis. This Project Manager will also provide technical expertise, serve as a resource to the staff, and support the sales efforts by establishing, maintaining and cultivating client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Mission Critical Project Manager is a leader in a dynamic and entrepreneurial position that that directs and assesses the daily operations of an engineering team through facilitated collaboration among engineers, clients and other roles. The Project Manager will review proposals, supervise the budgeting and cost analysis for projects and identify improvements and efficiencies, internally and externally, across the firm to produce higher quality products or services. The candidate should view this as a high opportunity position with the opportunity for advancement. This is a full-time role working four days in the office and one day remote work. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Projects • Serve as a project manager on select projects in the Mission Critical Sector. Project types include newbuilds, renovations, fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades., • Client facing role, RFP site visits and proposal writing is expected. PM duties include planning, execution and day-to-day management of internal teams and clients., • Provide all management functions including scope responsibilities, client management, scheduling, and financials., • Vet company processes and provide input., • Assist project managers across all locations of the enterprise., • Develop a core group of assistant project managers eventually capable of performing independently on similar project types., • Be a technical resource for the staff., • Manage/schedule quality control reviews to reinforce technical lessons and company processes., • Complete internal peer reviews and provide input in multi-discipline page turns, across all offices, to assist in the development of a comprehensive design., • Manage/schedule page turns prior to all major project deliverables., • Review workforce projections and determine how they relate to staffing., • Identify times and strategies to manipulate design schedules to work with staffing., • Drive ownership, accountability and culture through the company., • Interact with partners and executives on a regular basis to further the growth and quality agenda of the firm., • Marketing / Business Development Support, • Identify potential business opportunities., • Work with the leadership team to develop fees on complex projects., • Develop and maintain client relationships., • Grow the volume and footprint of the office market sectors.
