We are looking to hire an experienced PACKAGING PROJECT COORDINATOR to help us keep growing. We’re looking for a detail driven, hard-working, dedicated, creative thinker to direct packaging projects from first concept through final print and production. You’ll be the bridge between design, production, and customers, ensuring that every package looks exceptional and meets all requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee packaging projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines., • Ensure a seamless and compliant handoff from design and adaptation phases into the formal artwork approval process, confirming that all mandatory elements and regulatory labeling requirements are accurately implemented., • Manage packaging mechanicals, dielines, and specifications to ensure all graphic materials are compliant across SKU’s and related product lines., • Measure and document packaging specifications, including dimensions, materials, and print details, verifying all product information for accuracy., • Oversee packaging design proofing and collaborate with production partners to ensure superior print quality, compliance, and timely delivery of private label packaging projects., • Partner closely with customers to ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across packaging and labels. Document, track, and update packaging status and timelines for sales, customers, and 3rd party portals., • Collaborate with product managers to guarantee product packaging accurately reflects brand and product positioning., • Manage production artists’ daily workflow for your group within the department. Qualifications • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a related field. Toy, fashion, seasonal, accessories experience a plus., • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), other applications a plus (InDesign, Firefly, Nano Banana, etc.)., • Ability to effectively relay directions to category managers and overseas manufacturers., • Understanding product packaging design and merchandising is a plus., • Knowledge of product material composition and costing a plus., • Great verbal and written communication skills., • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills. Meticulous and diligent., • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment., • Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours at a time., • Full Time in office position in Long Island NY.
