But patients were getting better... quicker... like 3-5x quicker. It was because the amount of ATTENTION I was able to give each patient changed drastically. Hopefully, that's not too clich. Over the past couple of years we have been able to help 1000s of local residents! The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on are not volume, the number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates. Most of our staff has been with us for 3+ years after hire, and the ones that do leave typically are the ones who move out of the area. Job Description The Role We are looking for a Director of Asset Management & Leasing to own the upper-tier functions of our tenant and asset operations. This is not a property management role. You will work directly with the principal on lease negotiations, tenant renewals, lender packages, and portfolio-level reporting. You think like an owner, operate with urgency, and know how to get deals across the finish line. This is a high-impact individual contributor seat with the potential to grow into a broader leadership role as the portfolio scales. What You Will Own Leasing & Tenant Relations • Manage the lease renewal pipeline across the portfolio — tracking expirations 12–18 months out and driving proactive outreach, • Draft and negotiate letters of intent, renewal offers, and lease amendments; coordinate with outside counsel on final execution, • Serve as the primary relationship owner for commercial tenants at the asset management level, • Manage broker relationships and new leasing activity for vacant space Asset Management & Reporting • Prepare and maintain property-level financial reports, rent rolls, T-12s, and occupancy schedules, • Assemble refinancing packages and support lender diligence processes, • Prepare quarterly investor reports for fund-level limited partners, • Monitor budget variances and flag operational issues at the asset level Strategic & Acquisitions Support • Support underwriting and due diligence on new acquisitions, • Assist with hold/sell analyses and capital event modeling, • Contribute to operational systems and process improvements as the portfolio grows What We're Looking For • 5–8 years of experience at a commercial real estate owner/operator, asset manager, or brokerage — Long Island or metro NY experience strongly preferred, • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial leases or renewals; comfortable sitting across the table from a tenant's attorney, • Able to build and own a rent roll, prepare a lender package, and produce clean financial reporting independently, • Medical or professional office experience is a strong plus, • New York real estate license preferred; if not licensed, willingness to obtain one, • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus
