Job Description Job Description QA Inspector (Warehouse & Production) Secaucus, NJ | Full-Time | On-site About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented QA Inspector to support quality assurance operations at our Secaucus, NJ facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that inbound materials, inventory, in-process production, and finished goods consistently meet customer specifications and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in decision-making, and comfortable documenting and communicating quality findings in real time. Key Responsibilities • Ensure all inventory assigned to projects is accurately received and verified according to lot codes, expiration dates, and quantity, and is properly labeled, stored, and maintained to guarantee production readiness at all times, • Maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements, specifications, and quality expectations, ensuring they are clearly communicated and consistently executed on the production floor, • Oversee and enforce high-quality standards across all production lines by confirming workflows are organized, processes are followed, and outputs meet defined quality benchmarks with consistency and precision, • Conduct quality inspections on inbound materials for each project and review palletized products for quantity, condition, and compliance before release to production, • Approve or reject materials and finished goods based on customer and internal standards, including applicable military specifications when required, • Perform ongoing quality checks on in-process and finished goods, identifying defects, variances, or non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly, • Provide real-time quality communication with the Global Team to resolve issues quickly, prevent rework, and protect customer satisfaction, including:, • End-of-shift visual summaries, • Weekly quality reviews with visual evidence, • Video recording of random quality checks, • Photographic documentation of final kits, • Reinforce quality expectations through tools and resources (guides, checklists, and visual standards) so production teams can self-check and remain aligned, • Document defects thoroughly, including close-up photos and detailed notes, • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, quality risks, and efficiency opportunities aligned with PGS360’s commitment to precision and reliability, • Create clear visual and written documentation (photos, videos, notes) to support quality records and investigations, • Conduct routine audits of production line practices to confirm compliance with customer requests, work instructions, and quality standards Qualifications • Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse Inspection, or Production Inspection strongly preferred, • Strong attention to detail and ability to make accurate approval/rejection decisions, • Comfortable using a phone/tablet/camera for photo and video documentation, • Ability to stay organized while working across multiple production lines and projects, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods, • Strong communication skills (must be able to clearly report issues and follow-up actions), • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay, • Consistent full-time schedule, • Growth opportunities within warehouse and quality operations, • Supportive, team-driven environment Schedule Monday–Friday Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs Work Location Secaucus, NJ (On-site) Apply today to join a team focused on quality, precision, and reliability.
