Role Overview: The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple states within their assigned region. This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and exceptional service delivery through effective leadership, strategic execution, and strong financial oversight. The Regional Manager serves as a key liaison between the field ops, print, sales, customer support and senior leadership, driving consistency, scalability, and profitability across the region. From staffing and training to event execution and customer experience, this role plays a critical part in maintaining brand standards and supporting company growth through successful expansions and new market launches. Key Responsibilities: Multi-State Operational Oversight • Ensure all staff within the region operate efficiently and in alignment with company policies and SOPs., • Monitor schedules, event execution and service ticket managing., • Weekly payroll audits (document issues)., • Hire, train, and mentor employees, • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and development., • Oversee training programs to ensure operational consistency., • Analyze and manage regional financial performance; drive profitability through cost control and revenue optimization., • Collaborate with director of operations to forecast budgets and identify growth opportunities quarterly, • Lead best-in-class service across all regional locations., • Ensuring customer experience is the focus of all decision making., • Lead the execution of new program rollouts, product launches, and system upgrades. Foster a culture that welcomes change and development, • Work with manager of people, to keep enough staff at all locations to support needs., • Provide regular updates to director of operations on regional performance, opportunities, and challenges.
