Qualifications • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice, • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days, • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary., • TB skin test (current within last 12 months), • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required As an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.
