EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE RESOURCE SERVICES, INC. We are an Outpatient Program located in Smithtown, New York and seeking a full-time receptionist Monday-Friday, 9:30-6:00pm. Duties include: 1. Greet and Welcome patients at front desk. 2. Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate individual. 3. Schedule and maintain appointments in calendar (Outlook). 4. Collect co-payments. 5. Assist with patient registration and check-in process. 6. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, faxing and photocopying. 7. Ensure reception area is clean and organized. Requirements: Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information Attention to detail and accuracy of tasks
