Job Description The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the liaison between customers, and internal operations (sales, logistics, procurement). The CSR ensures orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved, and customers receive timely communication on deliveries, product status, pricing, and quality. You will support the broker/distributor’s mission to deliver ingredients reliably and maintain strong relationships.
