providing mentorship and focusing on development of clinical, data collection and other related skills to support career development. * Serves as a clinical team leader and key member of the treatment team, providing data, updates and/or recommendations regarding progress, developments and other significant items regarding individuals in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews, including scheduled Person-Centered meetings and interfaces with circles of support including family members and support providers; attends and actively participates in monthly BIS meetings, as required for Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Provide supervision to a team of residential staff providing housing and services to people with psychiatric disabilities. Responsible for the overall functioning of the program and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state and federal regulations. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred, in human services EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of two years of experience in a residential program DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee and supervise all aspects of the assigned residential program(s) and assure that appropriate and necessary services are delivered., • Ensure that all program guidelines, protocols, policies, procedures and regulations are followed., • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing evaluation of residential staff under the supervision of the Program Manager and/or Assistant Director., • Develop of a sense of team through training and ongoing supervision, support and evaluation of residential staff, including disciplinary actions, when needed. Housing Supervisors are to review the medication logs/EMAR on a daily basis to ensure all procedures are being followed appropriately., • Oversight of the sites to ensure a clean, safe and homelike environment. Key Responsibilities: · To provide direct care services as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of counseling, training in ADLs (Assisted Daily Living skills), assistance with personal care, medical, dietary, social, sexual, recreational, financial, habilitative and other needs within the program. · Ensure the health, safety, and wellness of the people we support. · Build and maintain positive relationships. · Assist the people we support in maximizing their strengths, interests, and abilities through teaching, self-advocacy, and emotional support. · Facilitate community integration, recreational activities, and socialization.
