Job Description As part of the Communications Department and under direction of the Director of Communications, the dispatcher is responsible for the efficient utilization of resources provided by the Scheduling Department. The Dispatcher is tasked with making the best use of the available units and technology to provide the highest possible level of customer service. The Dispatcher communicates effectively with and supports all field associates. Job Description Continuous Improvement Leader Location: Carlstadt, NJ 07072 (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $42/hour Position Overview The Continuous Improvement Leader will drive operational excellence by identifying, developing, and executing improvement opportunities across all manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong shop-floor presence and close partnership with production teams, supervisors, and leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep Lean expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for eliminating waste and improving quality, efficiency, and safety.
