Our technicians spend their workdays on the go, independently working in the field using their company-provided vehicle. We use best-in-class ticket and claims management systems to ensure clear and complete mark-out services for the excavator or property owner at the work site. Your Responsibilities as a Locator: * Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems. * Thoroughly search for underground utilities in a designated area, accurately marking the location, completing the necessary documentation, and photographing each locate. These are daytime, full-time positions. We have a 48-hour turnaround time on many locates, which means we generally work the day after holidays and some weekends, as needed. Must be able to work overtime, weekend shifts, and on-call shifts (including nights and weekends), dependent upon the needs of the business. How you'll make an impact Client Support • Leads meetings with clients, including negotiating, selling lines of insurance, and renewal meetings at client locations, • Responsible for providing comprehensive client support and acts as main client contact for book of business., • Negotiates and sells lines of insurance to clients to round out accounts as appropriate. May design insurance and risk management plans for clients as assigned and directed by Agency management., • Owns all audit, review and claims processes for assigned book of business., • Manages and develops strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel., • Skilled at forecasting industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies, • Mentors or leads the work of more junior team members, • Creates complex risk-management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts., • Partners with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency, • Other duties as assigned., • Some travel may be required #LI-JW1 About You Required: • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience., • Active P&C license, • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships., • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion., • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
