Location: Koenig & Bauer Office, Dallas, TX Reports to: Corporate Logistics/Custom Compliance Manager Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST with 1 hour Lunch FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly Compensation: $22 - $30 per hour; $150 on-call for weekend + hours worked Job Responsibility: The Reverse Logistics (Returns) Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of spare parts returns from customers, distributors, and internal locations. This role ensures returned materials are accurately received, inspected, dispositioned, and processed in company systems. The position also coordinates warranty returns back in addition to reverse logistics responsibilities, this role actively supports warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control as needed. The position is primarily Internal facing with periodic interaction with customers, service teams, sales, logistics partners, and European factories, and includes occasional on-call duties to support urgent operational or customer needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: International Warranty & Factory Returns • Coordinate warranty and defective product returns to manufacturing factories in Europe., • Track and process returns using appropriate system references, including Service Orders and Purchase Orders, based on sourcing and fulfillment methods., • Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing, • Lists and factory return authorizations., • Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal logistics teams to schedule and track, • International shipments., • Ensure compliance with export controls, customs regulations, and factory-specific return requirements., • Track international returns through factory receipt and provide status updates to service, Quality and operations teams., • Resolve shortages, damage claims, and documentation discrepancies related to International warranty shipments. Warehouse Operations Support • Assist with inbound receiving, including unloading, verifying shipments, and inventory Put-away., • Support picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet daily order requirements., • Prepare outbound shipments with proper packaging, labeling, and documentation., • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Process Improvement & Compliance • Identify opportunities to improve reverse logistics and warehouse workflows to reduce cycle time and errors., • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)., • Support audits, inventory reconciliation, and compliance initiatives. On-Call Support • Participate in an on-call rotation to support urgent operational or customer needs outside normal business hours., • Respond to time-sensitive customer, service, or operational issues related to returns and Shipments when on call. Physical Demands of Job: This position requires continuous (more than 5.6 hours per day) standing and walking on concrete floors, bending, kneeling, reaching above shoulders, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. This position also requires frequent (2.6 to 5.5 hours per day) use of computer. Required Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in reverse logistics or returns and warehouse operations.
