Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join an established multispecialty, outpatient practice in East New York, Brooklyn. This role focuses on providing evidence-based nutritional care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify specific needs., • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans aligned with medical diagnoses and treatment goals., • Provide specialized counseling on weight loss, tube feeding, and dietary modifications for chronic conditions., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care strategies and optimize patient recovery., • Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust nutrition plans accordingly., • Educate patients and families on nutrition principles, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle changes for improved health outcomes., • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately., • Supervise dietetic interns or junior staff members to ensure quality standards are maintained in dietary practices., • Stay current with advancements in dietetics, physiology, and clinical nutrition to enhance service delivery., • Support medical initiatives related to acute care, geriatrics, weight management, and long-term care programs.
