Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Family Practitioner is responsible for providing comprehensive health care and preventive services. The Practitioner diagnoses and treats diseases and injuries of human internal organ systems, examines patient for symptoms of organic or congenital disorders and determines nature and extent of injury or disorder, referring to diagnostic images and test, and using medical instruments and equipment. They are also responsible for prescribing medication and recommends dietary and activity program, as indicated by diagnosis.
