Job Description Position Overview The Psychological & Stress Management, P.C. (PSM), a psychologist-led practice specializing in immigration-related mental health services, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to serving diverse communities. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and providing a welcoming environment for clients. Key Responsibilities • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner., • Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and supportive experience., • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records., • Collect and process client payments., • Order and maintain office and clinical supplies., • Handle general clerical and administrative tasks., • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and correspondence promptly., • Support clinicians with administrative needs as required. Required Qualifications • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)., • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong administrative and organizational abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word., • Effective time management and multitasking skills., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and professionalism., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team., • Sound judgment and “common sense” in handling day-to-day office operations.
