We are currently seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Part-Time Clinician to join our growing team. Position: Part-Time Clinician Location: Westfield, NJ Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week Format: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility Availability: Weekday, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred Eligible Licenses: • Licensed Social Worker (LSW), • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), • Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position Summary The Part-Time Clinician will provide individual, family, marriage, and/or couples therapy to a diverse client population presenting with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial concerns. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care. Services will be delivered primarily in person, with telehealth sessions incorporated based on clinical appropriateness, client needs, and scheduling flexibility. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments, • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions, • Provide ongoing psychotherapy services through in-person and telehealth modalities, • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record, • Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings as needed, • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of care, • Adhere to professional ethics, HIPAA regulations, and telehealth best practices Qualifications • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field, • Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure in one of the following:, • LSW, • LCSW, • LPC, • LAMFT, • LMFT, • Previous experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting preferred, • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred, • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible part-time schedule, • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, • Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to inclusive care Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) strongly encouraged to apply, • Prior telehealth therapy experience preferred Compensation Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with licensure level, clinical experience, and areas of specialization.
