Job Description Overview Employed by PAGNY for The Division of Correctional Health Services (CHS) of New York City Health + Hospitals (H+H) is responsible for the delivery of medical care, mental health care, and discharge planning in the jail system. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. This service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, a strong DBT training program, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, integrated re- entry services, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Responsibilities Under the supervision of a Senior/Supervising Psychiatrist in the Mental Health Service of CHS, this position requires the provision of high quality, team-based psychiatric services including psychopharmacologic interventions, for individuals incarcerated in the New York City jail system. Each of the facilities in the jail system has unique patient population and environmental characteristics; each psychiatric Physician’s Assistant will be matched with the population that most closely meets their clinical expertise and desired work location and schedule. Job Description Overview Employed by PAGNY for The Division of Correctional Health Services (CHS) of New York City Health + Hospitals (H+H) is responsible for the delivery of medical care, mental health care, and discharge planning in the jail system. Approximately 25% of new admissions per year to the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. This service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. About the Role The Brand Marketing Manager is the primary marketing driver for Prosper Show and B2BMX, responsible for bringing campaigns from concept to execution across email, social, paid, and web. This is a highly tactical role for someone who thrives in a “roll-up-your-sleeves” environment. You’ll work across multiple teams—creative, sales, content, and registration—to ensure every piece of marketing is launched on time and on brand. From building emails and updating websites to scheduling social content and coordinating assets for paid campaigns, this role is at the center of the action. You’ll have a direct impact on attendee growth, exhibitor engagement, and the overall success of both events. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive registration, awareness, and engagement for Prosper Show and B2BMX., • Build and manage detailed campaign calendars, ensuring deliverables launch on time., • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and sales teams to translate marketing goals into actionable tactics. Email Marketing • Draft, build, and deploy email campaigns through HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)., • Maintain and segment email lists, schedule sends, and ensure consistent brand voice and accuracy., • Coordinate email fulfillment tied to partner deliverables and sponsorships. Social Media & Community Engagement • Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube., • Write post copy, source imagery, and track engagement to keep communities active and informed., • Monitor comments and inbound messages, flagging or responding to attendee questions and partner inquiries. Paid & Digital Advertising • Support paid media initiatives by providing creative assets, links, and copy to agencies or contractors., • Collaborate on ad messaging and targeting to align with campaign goals., • Monitor campaign pacing and performance at a tactical level to ensure smooth execution. Website & Landing Pages • Update event websites with new content, images, and registration information., • Coordinate with Emerald’s digital and registration teams to launch landing pages, forms, and pricing updates., • QA pages to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment. Content & Partnerships • Coordinate deliverables for media partners and influencers (copy, imagery, tracking links, etc.)., • Help craft newsletters and partnership emails for audience growth and engagement., • Assist with creative requests, proofing assets, and routing approvals. Operational Support • Maintain project files, creative assets, and shared documents across OneDrive, Smartsheet, and HubSpot., • Coordinate timelines and approvals across internal teams and contractors., • 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in events, conferences, or digital media., • Proven ability to execute campaigns independently, from email creation to social posting and website updates., • Strong writing and editing skills; able to adapt tone for different audiences., • Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools., • Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)., • Excellent organizational and project-management skills—able to juggle multiple deliverables across two brands., • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and operations teams., • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to dive in wherever needed. RESPONSIBILITIES • Interaction with Supervisor, Clients, Staff, Funders and Collaterals:, • Ensure that the building superintendent and staff maintain all aspects of the building’s systems in good condition., • Responsible for ensuring the maintenance staff receives all the appropriate training to maintain the facility’s safety standards., • Supervise vendors and ensure expenses are properly documented and payments quickly made., • Ensure all maintenance staff have access to the appropriate personal protective equipment and that staff are using the equipment properly., • Conduct monthly inspections of the entire facility, including all major building systems., • Ensure cross-shift communication., • Provide crisis intervention 24 hours a day regarding all aspects of building systems., • Provides on-call emergency responses to the program 24 hours a day., • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and furnishings and control supply distribution., • Plan, develop, implement, and assess operations policies and procedures for the facility., • Maintain the work order management system in place as it applies to assigned BronxWorks site., • Operate quickly to cure any violations of the building code., • Manage the collection, presentation and reporting of operations data including incident reports and registration information., • Ensure regulatory compliance and that all required licenses and certificates from the Fire Department, Buildings Department, Department of Health, and all other pertinent city and state agencies are current and valid. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree is required, • Five years supervisory experience., • Experience initiating and developing building cleaning standards to conform with high levels of expectation., • Basic plumbing skills, such as the ability to snake clogged waste pipes and repair faucets., • Ability to understand, operate and oversee the proper maintenance of fire panels in all building facility., • On-call for emergencies during non-work hours, evenings, weekends and holidays., • Ability to safely change GFIs and other electrical outlets and switches., • Ability to identify mold conditions and know the steps for proper mediation., • Certification in operation of all fire department standards such as Standpipe with City Mains, Fire Drill Conductor, Maintenance of I side Alarm System and Supervision of Low PSI Oil Burner., • Proficiency in standards applied by the OSHA and Department of Health for kitchen operation, youth programs and congregate social service programs., • Security and fire safety licenses:, • F02, • S12 (City-wide Sprinkler System), • P99 (Low PSI Oil Burner), • S13 (Standpipe), • S14 (Standpipe), • F85 (Only at Willow / Fire Safety Director/ Active Shooter and Medical Emergency Prep), • OSHA General Industry Safety & Health, • Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Excel or other spreadsheet program., • Strong writing and communications skills.
