Job Description Business Development Coordinator The Business Development Coordinator is administrative support to the Business Development and Marketing teams, including coordinating meetings, managing files, assisting with RFPs and proposals, and supporting special projects. The role involves interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and recommending process improvements. Independent judgment and strong organizational skills are essential. Salary $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 *Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and qualifications. Essential Functions: • Conduct strategic analyses for opportunity assessment., • Implement social media strategies and maintain Aurora’s online presence., • Support market research and lead identification for business growth., • Manage Coessential pipeline database and related reporting., • Coordinate client events, meetings, and conferences., • Prepare pre-construction/RFP responses and presentations., • Provide administrative support to the Director of Business Development., • Contribute to special projects independently or collaboratively., • Fulfill Receptionist duties as needed., • Contribute to marketing efforts and project site management. Appreciated skills: • Skilled in strategic analysis, market research, and lead identification for business growth., • Proficient in managing social media strategies and maintaining online presence., • Experienced in coordinating client events, meetings, and conferences., • Detail-oriented in preparing RFP responses, presentations, and database management., • Strong ability to provide administrative support and contribute to marketing initiatives. Day in the Life: A day in life of a Business Development Coordinator, I support the team by managing our pipeline database and assisting with market research to identify new business opportunities. I also help organize client events, coordinate proposals, and provide administrative support to the Director of Business Development. Additionally, I assist with social media efforts and marketing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and Aurora stays connected with potential clients. Qualifications: • High school diploma., • Two to four years of business or marketing experience, and knowledge of social media platforms and their use., • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field., • Two years of construction related experience., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Additional Eligibility Qualifications • None is required for this position.
