Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Full-time Hematologist/Oncologist Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Full-time Hematologist/Oncologist to become part of our multi-specialty practice located in Long Island! We are looking for a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist to join our team at Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island. This position is based in a cutting-edge, 80,000 square foot ambulatory facility in Huntington, providing an excellent opportunity to develop a thriving practice by catering to a large and diverse patient base in Huntington and surrounding Mount Sinai Doctor locations. Long Island boasts beautiful neighborhoods, top-rated school districts, art galleries, dining options, and concert venues, with Manhattan just a short drive or train ride away. Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island is committed to delivering comprehensive care through its various sites, featuring a team of 77 physicians across nearly every medical and surgical specialty. Our facility includes a full imaging center, an accredited office endoscopy center, and an on-site laboratory, supported by a dedicated team of RNs and MAs. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver medical care in a high-functioning outpatient environment., • Engage in a university-affiliated, community-based practice., • Collaborate with colleagues in a multi-specialty practice as part of a leading health system., • Leverage educational, research, and clinical programs from a nationally recognized Medical School., • Explore significant opportunities for leadership and career advancement., • Work alongside additional support staff.Qualifications:, • Medical Degree from an accredited institution., • Valid New York Medical License., • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology., • Strong commitment to our organization and the communities we serve., • Exceptional communication skills, bedside manner, and organizational abilities., • A robust work ethic and a desire to thrive in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $300,000 to $425,000, excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits. Salary Disclosure: Our organization provides a salary range in compliance with New York City’s Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, the final salary may be closer to either end of the range, and in some cases, may fall outside the listed range. This salary range is applicable to full-time positions and does not include bonuses or benefits.
