The supervisor will decide the course of action. Our policies and procedures are geared toward strict compliance with the New York State Department of Health regulations. In the event a violation results from an administrative shortcoming, management will accept responsibility and promptly correct the procedure. In the event a violation results from failure on the part of the attendant, disciplinary action will be taken.
