Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including ammonia refrigeration; knowledge of electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is essential. Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs involving various materials. Experience working in property maintenance or field service environments; excellent problem-solving skills are a must. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred.
