We are seeking a senior, strategic Sr. Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a single high profile enterprise client with a national portfolio of 10 plus locations, anchored by a premier NYC headquarters. This role is designed for a marketer who is deeply experienced in serving high end, d clients and understands how hospitality, operations, and precision execution come together to deliver exceptional experiences. This leader owns the full customer journey, from boardroom to breakroom, developing and executing insight driven, operationally sound marketing strategies that elevate experience, drive revenue, and meet the expectations of a sophisticated client audience. The role requires a strong in office presence in NYC and regular travel to portfolio locations. This is an in office or travel only position. COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $110,000.00 to $120,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. End to End Customer and Guest Experience Strategy • Own the marketing vision across the entire guest journey, delivering refined, relevant experiences spanning executive programs, amenities, cafes, and everyday dining, • Apply a white glove, client first mindset, ensuring every activation reflects premium standards, brand alignment, and exceptional attention to detail, • Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning across a 10 plus site national portfolio, balancing consistency with local relevance, seasonality, and emerging trends, • Develop and oversee elevated merchandising strategies that enhance presentation, storytelling, and sales performance, • Serve as a key strategic partner to Culinary, Operations, and Finance, ensuring seamless execution and strong financial stewardship, • Maintain disciplined internal and client facing rhythms for planning, reviews, and performance tracking, • Lead measurement and reporting strategy across sites, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities, • Deliver clear, polished, and visually compelling updates to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership, • Use data, guest feedback, and operational insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts in line with evolving client expectations, • 10 plus years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally within hospitality, food service, luxury retail, or complex operational environments, • Proven experience working with high end or enterprise clients who expect rigor, discretion, and elevated execution, • Deep understanding of hospitality operations, merchandising, guest experience, and attention to detail, • Demonstrated success leading complex cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, storytelling, and organizational skills, • 5 plus years of people management experience, leading and developing high performing teams NYC based role with a primary presence at the clients NYC headquarters In office Monday - Friday or traveling only, no remote option 50% or more travel to national portfolio locations based on needs of business Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
