We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and professional support. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying needs, researching solutions, and following through to resolution
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
Provide product and service information to customers clearly and confidently
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
