Job Description The HR Administrator is responsible for general and HR administrative tasks. This role performs tasks associated with record keeping Federal and State compliance, organization and data entry of personnel documentation, program activities, training, policy administration and employee engagement. Serves as a key contributor toward HR planning, monthly budget reconciliation and the execution of all employee-related events. Key Responsibilities HR Administration • Delivers administrative and clerical support for specific HR functions., • Run standard people reports (headcount, diversity, training, corporate, CSR, EEO, DFWP, etc.,), • Bereavement and retirement engagement support., • Prepares MS PowerPoint presentations., • Key contributor to HRIS accuracy and operational effectiveness., • Monitor departmental budget and monthly reconciliation, • Directly contributes to morale, continuous improvement objectives through collaboration, leadership and influence., • Monitors training and policy program attendance and process., • Serves as back-up to executive assistant supporting Managing Director tasks., • Employee engagement planning and execution., • Schedule employee events and engagement activities., • Manage front office processes, access, and organization., • Safety Cabinet, • After hours for front office, • Locker Room Program, • Front Lobby, • Lead and support employee vendor program management, • Uniform Program, • Avenue C, • Cintas, • Five-Star, • Manage recordkeeping and personnel data priorities. Adhere to Federal & State recordkeeping guidelines, • Separation Packages, • Employee personnel updates (uniforms, access, etc.), • New hire/separation ECF personnel entries, • Drive company branding efforts., • Social Media, • Prepare and deliver timely internal communication., • CSR Support, • Employee commute data, • Monthly invoicing, • Record Training hours, • Adhere to environmental and quality system programs. Team Member Collaboration • Administratively supports payroll processing, timekeeping, group benefits, recruitment, onboarding and employee corrective actions. Qualifications • Education: HS Diploma, college courses or 2-year college degree within business, marketing, Human Resources and/or Administrative Management., • Experience:3+ years of work experience in a customer-facing or administrative support position in the manufacturing, production, distribution industry or staffing agency work environment preferred., • Applicable customer service experience adhering to compliance, confidentiality and/or program management acceptable., • Core Knowledge:, • Customer Service, • Administrative Support/Management, • HR Working Knowledge (recruitment, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, I9’s, recordkeeping, policy management, etc.), • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus., • Technical Skills:, • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Functional Competencies: Able to exercise good judgement, cooperation, collaboration, communication, listening, teamwork, read and follow instructions, attention to detail, accuracy, prioritizing, organization skills, initiative (self-starter), and ability to multitask.
