Key Responsibilities • Operate sit-down electric and/or propane forklifts safely and efficiently, • Load and unload delivery trucks and contractor pickups, • Move, stack, and organize pallets of flooring materials (2,000–3,000+ lbs), • Assist with receiving and verifying incoming shipments, • Pick and stage orders accurately for customer pickup and delivery, • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, • Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report maintenance issues, • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures, • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred, • Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification), • Experience operating electric and/or propane forklifts, • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day, • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness, • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, • Basic understanding of warehouse systems or inventory software is a plus What We’re Looking For • Someone who prioritizes safety over speed, • A team player who communicates clearly, • A professional who takes ownership of their work, • A dependable individual looking for long-term growth Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience), • 401(k) plan, • Paid time off To apply, please submit your resume if available and include a brief summary of why we should hire you.
