Job Description We are expanding our surveying team and are seeking a skilled Survey Party Chief to support our growing workload throughout New Jersey, New York, and the broader tri-state region. Our firm provides comprehensive land development and surveying services, and this role is a key part of strengthening our field operations as we continue to scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already knows how to lead a survey crew, enjoys hands-on fieldwork, and wants a long-term home with opportunities for career advancement and licensure. About the Role We are currently experiencing an increase in project volume and are building a more regionalized field team to better serve our clients. As a Survey Party Chief, you will independently run survey operations in the field, support a wide range of land development and construction projects, and work with modern Trimble equipment. This position is primarily field-based and remote, with limited need to report to the office. We provide a company credit card for gas, tolls, lodging, and related expenses.
