This position is responsible for performing Construction Layout for various construction projects throughout Central Florida and Land Surveys, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction surveying, leadership skills, and familiarity with modern surveying equipment and software. The position is a single man crew operating a Robotic Instrument and GPS. Key Responsibilities: Provide Construction Staking for Various Commercial/Residential/Infrastructure projects. Perform Various Land Surveys (Boundary & ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-builts, etc.) Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
