Job Description Overview Are you a clinical leader passionate about elevating the quality of hospice care? As a Regional RN Clinical Director, you will play a critical role in driving clinical excellence across multiple locations by partnering with operational and clinical leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic clinical partner—guiding quality improvement efforts, strengthening regulatory readiness, and supporting clinical teams through coaching, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll support our Northeast Region, which includes programs across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island, requiring up to 75% travel to provide onsite leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse, have hospice experience, reside within the assigned region, and be located within close proximity to a major airport. We offer a supportive, growth-oriented environment along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: • Comprehensive Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance, • Career Path Program that supports internal growth, advancement, and increased pay, • A generous time-off package with 15 days of PTO & 10 Holidays to rest and recharge, • Tuition Reimbursement & Certification Assistance to support your professional growth, • Wellness & Discount Programs to help you lead a healthy and balanced life, • Cell Phone, Mileage, & Gym Membership Reimbursement for your convenience, • Company matching 401(k) to secure your future, • Hands-on Clinical Onboarding Program to ensure you have a smooth transition into our team Responsibilities • Drive Clinical Excellence Across the Region: Lead and support the delivery of high-quality hospice care by aligning teams with organizational standards, quality goals, and best practices, • Empower and Support Clinical Leaders: Serve as a trusted mentor and resource, providing guidance, coaching, and support to strengthen clinical decision-making and care delivery, • Champion Quality & Compliance: Oversee clinical performance, regulatory readiness, and adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards, ensuring consistent survey preparedness, • Advance Quality Improvement Initiatives: Lead QAPI efforts, patient safety initiatives, and corrective action planning to continuously elevate care outcomes and patient experience, • Data-Driven Performance Improvement: Analyze audits, clinical reports, and outcome data to identify trends and implement actionable strategies for improvement, • Strengthen Clinical Operations: Partner with operational leaders to identify and remove barriers, driving efficiency and consistency across programs, • Develop High-Performing Teams: Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical leaders in collaboration with education and leadership teams, • Foster Collaborative Leadership: Work cross-functionally with branch leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence in patient care, • Enhance Communication & Alignment: Maintain strong, transparent communication with key stakeholders to support execution of clinical and organizational priorities, • Provide Hands-On Regional Support: Travel throughout the region to deliver onsite coaching, mentorship, and clinical oversight Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred), • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required; multi-state licensure preferred, • Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in a healthcare setting, • Hospice leadership experience strongly preferred, • Proven experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and clinical operations, • Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and reporting tools, • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions, • Ability to travel up to 75%
