Reporting to the VP & Assistant General Counsel, Securities, you will be the primary legal point of contact for Crusoe's corporate governance, securities law compliance, and investor and regulatory reporting. What You'll Bring Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
