We are seeking a Wealth Management Senior Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting the full life cycle of Trust accounts from onboarding new relationships to ongoing transactions. Wealth Management Senior Operations Administrator In this role you will: • Work with the Wealth Management Operations Supervisor and team to coordinate daily operations on department platforms including Fi-Tek/Global WealthES and others., • Oversee department postings, settlements, transfers, and reconciliations, • Support and act as backup to Operations Supervisor regarding contact with internal and external resources regarding the technology platforms. Evaluate system capabilities and updates, and make recommendations as to system efficiencies, workflow enhancements, or required changes, and outline implementation strategies and impact., • Ensure accurate system set up for generation of appropriate tax documents. Oversee and facilitate accurate and timely preparation of annual tax documents., • Oversee the preparation of new account packets and onboarding process, inclusive of building fee schedule in Global Wealth and checking new account entry for accuracy. Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to: · Design transformers ranging from small PCB mount to 5 MVA including medium voltage dry type from 60Hz to medium frequency · Design Inductors and Reactors for low and high frequency applications from 60Hz-500kHz · Support design studies for novel transformer design concepts for high power density applications · Develop new, custom magnetics, lead product estimates, & create design documentation based on customer Statements of Work (SOW) and performance specifications. · Provide start to finish ownership of magnetic components – from specification to design, prototype, testing and manufacturing. · Interface with drafting to develop documentation packages to be used for production builds, creating test procedures, and technical reports · Read & understand customer specification and interpret impact on design · Aid in troubleshooting new and legacy transformer product builds · Lead, participate in, and mentor others with magnetic design efforts, core selection, winding methods, insulation systems, & performance estimates · Work with mechanical engineers to develop design reports, review packages, and test procedures & tactics Required Qualifications: · Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of engineering · Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer and magnetic devices · Must be US citizen with ability to secure a US Government security clearance; Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to export controlled data. You’ll play a key role in the design, analysis, and support of advanced AC-DC, DC-DC, and DC-AC systems, with output power levels exceeding 1KW. Our engineers take projects from concept to production, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and end customers.
