Employees are expected to remain actively working during scheduled hours and maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on the property. Previous commercial, janitorial, HOA, apartment, or condominium cleaning experience is preferred.

    What is this? One of our clients started a small consulting business called CollaboBiz LLC. He works with skilled software developers and IT professionals who help companies complete technology projects. We are now looking for people who want to build a similar business and earn passive monthly income with him. You do NOT need to be a software developer. How does it work? You will create your own small business (such as an LLC) and manage that with Bryant. You will work with 2–3 experienced software developers or IT professionals who will perform the technical work and help find project opportunities. Your main role is to act as the business owner and handle any personal verification or onboarding steps that require your direct participation. The developers will handle most of the technical work and project delivery. Your Responsibilities 1.
